With Amanda Russell, Natural Health Educator Tuesday, August 18th - Starting at 6:30 p.m. Everyone has stress in their life, but when we don't have the tools we need to handle our stress, it can make us physically ill.  There are proven ways to reduce your stress level and help you cope better with the challenges of life.  Mandy will be sharing nutritional  ways to help you feel calmer, sleep better and have more energy to experience the life you want. A Love Offering will be received for the building fund.
