Christopher McCasland
Team Chairperson

Christopher has been a member of Unity of the Hill Country for the past 8 years and has served in many areas of the Church. He has participated in the Dinner for 8 groups, the Young Adult Ministry (The Gathering), served as Greeter/Usher, and nursery. Christopher has 18 years of experience in Health Care and is currently working with Long Term Care population and is a Consultant for a Long-Term Care Advocacy group. Christopher is a Notary Public, Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP). 

Terri Conature

Terri Conatore comes to Kerrville from Las Cruces, Mexico, having been born and grown up in Pueblo, Colorado.  She has worked as a secretary, office manager, office temp, personal fitness trainer, pediatric physical therapist assistant (PTA) and chiropractic support staff. She earned 133 credit hours toward a B.S. in psychology from the University of Southern Colorado, Pueblo, CO, and an A.A.S. degree in physical therapy from Lone Star College, Conroe, TX.  She is still certified as a PTA. Terri has previously served on a pastoral search committee for Unity of North Houston, Unity Ann Arbor in Michigan as well as Wellspring Church, a new-thought church in Las Cruces, New Mexico.  She has also been secretary and a trustee on Wellspring’s Spiritual Board. She has been involved with many volunteer positions such as community theater productions; greeter, offering collector, friendship ministry coordinator, bookstore manager; hospitality assistant and in charge of decorations for hr church; airport ambassador; museum docent; hospital shuttle driver; cattery caretaker/manager; and assistant living entertainer. Terri is currently enjoying retirement and community involvement in Kerrville, having retired from her last position as pediatric PTA with Aprendamos Intervention Team in Las Cruces. 

Carolyn Bailey
Board Liaison

Carolyn has been active in the Unity community since 2010. She has been involved in setting up volunteer programs and outreach. She has a background in nursing and came tot he Hill Country in 1982 and worked as a community nurse. She and her husband Jay have owned and operated Texas Regional Lymphedema Center where they served people with complications from Cancer. 


Paul Doyle

Paul has only recently become a member of Unity of the Hill Country. He moved to Kerrville from Houston several years ago after many years in the restaurant business and then in property management. Paul is pleased to offer his assistance in any way he can.
